About course

This free online course introduces surface plasmon resonance (SPR) as a technology to detect biomolecular interactions in real-time without the need for labels.

- SPR technology in Biacore™ systems and application areas

- Core components of Biacore™ SPR system and how they work

   together during an experiment

- Theory behind SPR and how it’s used to record data

 

This course includes instructional images and videos as well as an opportunity to test your knowledge. After completing the course, you will know the fundamentals of this technique and understand how you can apply it for molecular interaction analysis.
