How to use the Sefia™ cell processing system

About course
In this free, interactive, online course you will learn how to install, use, and dismantle the Sefia™ cell processing system. This system works with dedicated software and kits to functionally close and automate isolation, harvest, and formulation of cell therapy products.
You will also learn how to:
- use the PremierCell application
- run FlexCell protocols
- keep track of your runs using traceability
- use the Mix mode standalone application to run an
automated and temperature controlled mixing procedure
You will also be able to explore general troubleshooting.
You can access and complete each lesson individually, with the full course taking around 1 hour to complete.
Please note that these videos are meant to compliment training by the Field Application Scientist (FAS) team and not to replace it.
Certification
You will get an online certificate after the course completion. You can view and download it in a section My Courses. With Cytiva Certificates, portions of our programs have been split into online modules, so you can earn a high quality knowledge in interactive format.
