About course
In this free and interactive chromatography course, you’ll learn how to automate sample injections of 1 µL to 10 mL with the ALIAS™ autosampler and ÄKTA™ lab-scale systems.
After completing this course, you’ll have the information and confidence to perform these key tasks:
- Connect the ALIAS™ autosampler to the ÄKTA™ system and prepare for a run
- Create UNICORN™ software methods to control the ALIAS™ autosampler
- Start a run from the SampLink software and the UNICORN™ software
You’ll also learn how to install the SampLink software and the I/O box as well as how to maintain and troubleshoot the ALIAS™ autosampler.
This online course gives you a variety of digital content to help you learn quickly with videos, images, and a quiz. This course is designed so that you can conveniently access and complete each lesson individually. The full course takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
