About course
In this free, interactive course, you’ll learn how to program, run, and evaluate a design of experiments (DoE) run on an ÄKTA avant™ chromatography system using UNICORN™ software. An application example showcases how to optimize an antibody purification for low dimer-and-aggregate and host cell proteins (HCPs) content while achieving best possible yields.
After completing this course, you’ll have the information and confidence to perform these key tasks:
- how to set up a DoE run in UNICORN™ software
- how to evaluate and interpret data
In this course, Dr. Martin Sichting, Product Manager Lab Scale Chromatography Systems, guides you through the DoE process. At the end of the course, you can test your knowledge in a quiz. You can access and complete each lesson individually, with the full course taking around 1.5 hours to complete.
