This free, interactive eLearning explains how to program, run, and evaluate a design of experiments (DoE) run on an ÄKTA™ avant chromatography system using UNICORN™ software (versions 6.0 to 7.12). An application example shows how to optimize an antibody purification for low dimer-and-aggregate and host cell proteins (HCPs) content while achieving best possible yields.
After completing this course, you’ll be able to:
- explain how to set up a DoE run in UNICORN™ software (versions 6.0 to 7.12).
- evaluate and interpret data with UNICORN™ software (versions 6.0 to 7.12).
