Comprehensive human antibody purification
HiTrap Protein A HP is prepacked with Protein A Sepharose High Performance. This resin is used for routine immunoaffinity purifications of most IgG from ascites, serum, and cell culture supernatant. These HiTrap columns deliver high-performance, high-resolution purifications with a binding capacity of 20 mg IgG/mL resin.
For quick pH neutralization of the eluted antibodies, the package also includes a HiTrap Desalting column. These columns are prepacked with Sephadex G-25 Superfine for high sample recovery and minimal dilution.
