Overview
Use BeadWash C-Pro with Sepax C-Pro instrument to sequence concentration, platelet depletion, magnetic bead incubation, and washing of cell fractions obtained from apheresis units. Process up to 880 mL initial volume.
- Combine with Sepax C-Pro instrument and kits to constitute a functionally closed system.
- Automate cell preparation and magnetic bead incubation steps.
- Process cell fractions between 20 and 880 mL.
- Select final volume between 8 and 200 mL, to fit your needs.
