Overview
GenVoy-ILM™ reagents are LNP reagents that enable the production of RNA-LNPs using the NanoAssemblr™ Ignite™ and Ignite+™ instruments. The resulting LNPs formed by mixing GenVoy-ILM™ and nucleic acids using Ignite™ and Ignite+™ instruments feature a homogeneous core structure. This reagent has been designed to:
- Enable target validation: The excellent transfection efficiency and remarkably low cytotoxicity exhibited by GenVoy-ILM™ LNPs enable effective RNA-mediated gene silencing, gene expression, and gene editing in primary cells, stem cells, and non-adherent cells.
- Demonstrate therapeutic performance: These reagents are designed to enable effective formulation in developing proof of concept data for RNA-based therapeutics.
- Enable process development: The resulting formulation can be used as a reference formulation at all development scales to establish a scalable process for GMP manufacturing to support clinical development
This reagent is available in two formats, smaller and larger volumes for different formulation needs, with or without added dye for visualization.
