Immobiline DryPlate pH 4.0-7.0

Immobiline DryPlate precast gels contain preformed, immobilized, non-drifting pH gradients. The gels are rehydrated to a thickness of 0.5 mm in the reswelling cassette accessory before use
Immobiline technology produces an absolutely stable pH gradient, allowing extremely high voltages and high resolution over narrow pH ranges, even for low mobility proteins that require long focusing times
