PD MultiTrap G-25 is designed for high-throughput desalting and buffer exchange of multiple samples.
- Convenient and fast small-scale cleanup of proteins and other large biomolecules (>5000 Mr) with high reproducibility well-to-well and plate-to-plate.
- Range of applications such as desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low-molecular weight compounds.
- High desalting capacity.
- Suitable for manual use as well as for automation together with robotic systems.
- Sample preparation in the range of 70 to 130 μl without sample dilution.
PD MultiTrap G-25 is prepacked with 500 µL Sephadex G-25 resin/well for high reproducibility. The 96-well plates are manufactured frombiocompatible polypropylene.
