These PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ minicolumns for high-throughput process development are prepacked with Capto™ AVB affinity chromatography resin for AAV purification.

PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ unit: a format suitable for HTPD
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are prepacked, miniaturized columns that support HTPD using a robotic liquid handling workstation for fully automated and parallel chromatographic separations. HTPD work can be performed using PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units alone, or as a complement to PreDictor™ 96-well filter plates.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units can be operated in true chromatography mode, enabling dynamic binding capacity studies, while 96-well plates enable the study of static binding capacities.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are supplied in rows of eight columns with the same chromatography resin, and can be individually and easily arranged on an array plate containing 96 positions.
Capto™ AVB affinity chromatography resin
Capto™ AVB is an affinity resin designed for AAV purification. It is based on a rigid base matrix, delivering excellent pressure-flow properties for AAV viral vector production.
Capto™ AVB affinity resin is produced with reliable manufacturing procedures and can withstand standard cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitization procedures. As a BioProcess™ resin, this resin is supported by regulatory support files and comprehensive documentation, as well as security of supply services.
