The untagged column package combines cation and anion exchange with size exclusion chromatography for purification of most untagged or native proteins.
- Package contains HiTrap Capto Q ImpRes 1 × 1 mL and Capto SP ImpRes 1 × 1 mL ion exchange (IEX) columns for effective first-step purification.
- You obtain final high purity with HiPrep 16/60 Sephacryl S-200 HR — a size exclusion chromatography (SEC) column with a broad fractionation range of Mr 5000 to ~ 250 000 for globular proteins.

The Untagged column package includes prepacked cation and anion exchange chromatography columns for use in a first purification step. The columns provided in the package are prepacked with Capto Q ImpRes and Capto SP ImpRes high-performance resins and can be used individually or in combination. These resins provide you with excellent pressure/flow properties and small resin bead sizes to maximize resolution. Furthermore, the resins give you high loading capacities over a broad pH range.
Obtain high final purity with size exclusion chromatography
Final high purity is obtained with HiPrep 16/60 Sephacryl S-200 HR, a size exclusion chromatography column with a broad fractionation range of Mr 5000 to ~ 250 000 for globular proteins. The high sample capacity of the HiPrep column lets you load samples of up to 5 mL.
