ÄKTA readyflux™ operator training program

About course

This training program provides comprehensive training for operators of ÄKTA readyflux single-use tangential flow filtration (TFF) system. The curriculum takes a blended learning approach, shown to increase knowledge retention rates by up to 60% (1). By combining digital training methods and using modern adult learning techniques, the program ensures maximum training effectiveness. 

The curriculum spans from foundations to detailed instructions and hands-on experience through virtual reality (VR) training.  

Key learning outcomes: 

- Ability to describe key steps of a manufacturing process 

- Ability to explain TFF in bioprocessing 

- Ability to describe and identify equipment key parts and functionality 

- Ability to perform flow kit installation and pump exchange
