Overview
These PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ minicolumns for high-throughput process development (HTPD) are prepacked with Ni Sepharose™ excel affinity resin. For capture and purification of histidine-tagged proteins secreted into eukaryotic cell culture supernatants by immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC).

Ni Sepharose™ excel IMAC resin
Ni Sepharose™ excel resin is designed for purification of his-tagged proteins when nickel leakage is an issue. Minimize Ni-leakage and maximize protein recovery in his-tag protein purification, even when samples contain nickel stripping agents.
The resin flow properties make it suitable for purifications in a wide range of scales. You can load large sample volumes, enabling purification of target proteins at low concentrations.

PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units for HTPD
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are prepacked, miniaturized columns that support HTPD using a robotic liquid handling workstation for fully automated and parallel chromatographic separations. HTPD work can be performed using PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units alone, or as a complement to PreDictor™ 96-well filter plates. PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units can be operated in true chromatography mode, enabling dynamic binding capacity studies, while 96-well plates enable the study of static binding capacities.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are supplied in rows of eight columns with the same chromatography resin, and can be individually and easily arranged on an array plate containing 96 positions.
