Recirculation tank
Efficient recirculation in ultrafiltration (UF) and diafiltration (DF) process is enabled by configuring the ÄKTA readyflux™ system with BagKart™ and 2D bags or integrating with mixers of varying sizes.
In low-volume applications, ÄKTA readyflux™ (with ¼” flow kit) integrates with the LevMixer™ 10 L system on the feed line, enabling real-time monitoring of inbag pH and temperature, along with precise control of mixing speed and weight through UNICORN™ software.

Flow kits
The flow kits include a single-use pump head and tubing, as well as integrated sensors for pressure, conductivity, temperature, flow, UV, and pH (depending on the flow kit; see ordering information for details). Flow kits are available with Tri-Clamp connectors or with AseptiQuik™ or other aseptic connectors for aseptic connection, depending on the system requirements. All flow kits are gamma irradiated. Flow kits with aseptic connectors are supplied with a sterile claim.

System software
UNICORN™ software provides intuitive and flexible method creation, system control, and process evaluation to simplify your filtration workflows. The software includes four integrated modules:
- Administration: used to set up each system with its installed components, user access, view logs, and management of the inbuilt SQL server.
- System control: allows you to perform and monitor the run in real time.
- Method editor (recipe editor): provides an easy interface to help you create or modify methods.
- Evaluation: supports data analysis and report generation. Additional tools for data handling and reporting are available in the optional evaluation classic module.
