FineLINE™ 35 Oligo column is designed for oligonucleotide synthesis and it is suitable for use with ÄKTA oligosynt™ synthesizer. It is capable of withstanding the harsh organic conditions in oligonucleotide synthesis.
- Diameter of 35 mm with recommended bed heights between 3 to 10 cm.
- Variable bed height enables flexibility in scale
- The column is easy to operate and has a variable column volume between 10 mL and 100 mL.
