Online Quote Redemption

New checkout functionality which enables your quote reference, with the format Q-xxxxxx, to be redeemed online quickly and conveniently.

This feature is available in US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. It is restricted to only consumables in United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, France, Norway and Finland.

Blanket quotes can’t be redeemed online. Please contact us for assistance.

eProcurement

Punchout catalogs support all major eProcurement systems, including Coupa and Jaggaer. Browse key product information, add items to the cart, and check out in your system.

Hosted catalogs are static catalogs that you upload to your eProcurement system to search for, compare, and purchase products electronically.

Using the online store

Can I checkout as a guest?

No. You need to register for an account to start shopping online. Registering takes 2 minutes. All we need is some basic information like your name and email address. Once your account is activated you can start shopping online and use other benefits of an online account like eLearning and My Equipment.

Can I share my shopping cart?

Yes. Once you have logged in, you can navigate to your shopping cart. You will see a share cart button on the right side of the page. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, add any additional comments and they’ll receive your cart list in a few seconds.

Can I buy online from my private catalog?

Yes. Your private catalog is available on cytiva.com and you can purchase these products using your Cytiva account. Once you log in to your account, select My Catalog and you'll see the private products available to you. From here, you can add products to your cart or quote list. Which payment types do you accept?

All customers can order with a valid purchase order. You’ll then be invoiced for your products.

Customers in the United States and Canada can pay via a purchase order or with a credit card.

Where do I apply a promotional code to my order?

You can apply your code in the shopping basket. You'll see the text 'click here to enter your code' above the subtotal of your cart.

Can I apply a promotional code to a special offer?

No. Promotion codes can’t be applied to products that are on special offer. View our promotion terms and conditions for more information.

How do I quick order?

If you already know the product codes, just enter the codes or upload a prepared list to place orders efficiently. You can enter up to 20 SKUs manually or upload a CSV file with up to 200 SKUs. Quick order is available globally. You can also upload a file exported directly from your shopping cart page or use our downloadable template to prepare your order. CSV files can be used multiple times.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you’ll need to contact our customer service team. You can raise a support request here, and chose the option I need help with an existing order followed by Change or cancel an order.

How do I return an order?

Read our returns policy for important information regarding returns. If you have further questions, please use the chat feature to talk to our team.

Can a special offer on product(s) also apply offline?

No. Special offers on product(s) are only applicable for online order(s).
For a quote request for online special offer product(s), it will be quoted under our list price.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

Starting 01 January 2024, no additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

In Europe, USA & Canada, online orders placed before 2 pm local time are usually dispatched the same day. You can also see the expected shipping dates for products on the product page. Once your order is placed, you can track it here.

For Australia, New Zealand and countries in Asia (China, Singapore, Japan) please allow 7 to 10 working days for standard orders. Orders placed earlier in the day with local stock are likely to be shipped on the same day. Details will be provided in the order confirmation and can also be checked in My Account after you place the order.

Requesting a quote

How do I request a quote?

Find the product you need and select add to quote list. You can add multiple quotes to your quote list, and once you’re ready to complete your quote request you can view your quote list and follow the steps. Once your request is submitted, we’ll usually contact you within 5 minutes.

In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.

Once I receive my quote, how do I place my order?

In the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, and Germany customers can redeem their quotes online (Q-xxxxx). Simply log in and select quote redemption. You can check out with a purchase order (PO) or credit card. Please note that purchasing with a credit card is not available in Australia and New Zealand.

For all other countries and quotes that aren’t in format Q-xxxxx, you can place your order via email using a PO.

What do I do if I haven't received my quote yet?

Once you request a quote through cytiva.com, you’ll usually hear from a member of our team within 5 minutes to acknowledge receipt of your request. Please contact that person or use the live chat feature on cytiva.com.

In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.

Online quote redemption

What is online quote redemption?

A new website feature that enables you to redeem an approved quote online, with the format Q-xxxxxx , from your local Cytiva associate and place your order via our standard online eCommerce checkout process.

Can multiple users redeem the same quote online?

Yes. This is possible as long as both users are registered under the same company and parent name. Please note each quote can be redeemed only once.

Do I need an online account?

How do I redeem my quote online?

Follow these steps, which are highlighted in the accompanying video

In which countries is this new functionality available?

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, and Germany.

Can all my Cytiva quotes be redeemed in this new process?

No. Currently, only your quotes with the format Q-xxxxxx, can be redeemed online only once in this way.

In European countries (United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, and Germany) this is restricted to standard quotes containing consumables only.

Quotes containing products from the HyClone Cell Culture portfolio and blanket quotes (i.e., multiple use quotes) can only be redeemed using a standard checkout process.

What can I do if my quote number is not accepted?

Confirm your quote is still valid and an order has not already been placed against it. Contact your local Cytiva associate for further support.

What is the difference between a standard quote and a blanket quote?

A standard quote provides a fixed price for a specific product or service for a one-time purchase and is valid for a certain period. A standard quote can be redeemed online. A blanket quote is an agreement to supply goods or services at a set price for regular, recurring purchases over a longer period. A blanket quote cannot be redeemed online.

How do I register?

Registration takes less than 2 minutes. Start here: https://cytiva.com/register submit basic details like your name, email address, and chosen password. You’ll receive an email to activate your account and complete your profile with your company name, shipping address, etc.

How do I change a shipping or billing address?

Login to your My Account. From the navigation panel, select Address Book. Once selected, you can add and remove any saved addresses.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and select Forgot password. You just need to provide the email address you used when you registered, and you’ll receive an email from us with password reset instructions.

Where can I find the contact details of my Cytiva account team?

Login to your My Account. From the navigation panel, select view account. This leads you to the main My Account page and you should see a box in the second row labeled My Sales Team, where you can view contact information for your Cytiva sales representatives.

Where do I access my invoices online?

Simply log into My Account and navigate to the Orders section. From here, select the order of interest and then view or download your invoice.
Please note that online invoices are available for past online and offline orders.
Online invoices are not yet available in India, China, Hong Kong, and Italy.

How can I re-order product(s) online?

Re-ordering is now easier than ever. You can simply follow these steps, which are also described in the accompanying video:

Go to Orders to view your orders history
Select the relevant order
Select All or choose the specific products
Select the Re-order button
Choose Add to Cart and access your shopping cart to adjust the quantity desired to complete your order
