Overview
The sterile filtration AcroPrep™ 24-well filter plate, a Pall Life Sciences product, is well suited for the high volume (up to 7 mL) plate-based sterile filtration of media, reagents, serum or protein. The filter plate features a dual-layer, 0.65 μm membrane integrated with a highly asymmetric 0.2 μm membrane, this offers a fast, efficient, and sterilizing grade filtration.
Unlike alternative sterilizing grade filter plates available on the market, the AcroPrep 0.2 μm Supor™ EKV Filtration Plates are individually bagged and gamma irradiated.
- Offers workflow that is compatible with 24-well cell culture formats
- 0.65/0.2 µm Supor™ EKV dual-layer membrane
- Process up to 7 mL of media, reagents, serum or protein in sterile filtrate applications
- Compatible for use with a vacuum manifold, manifold or centrifuge
- Sterilizing grade plate, demonstrates retention of 107 cfu/cm2 of B. diminuta per modified ASTM F838
- Gamma irradiated and individual bagged (both filter and collection plate)
- Supor EKV Products are compatible with 20% DMSO samples
