Overview
Biacore™ Insight Extended Screening Extension contains a variety of features, that help shorten time to results for the entire SPR workflow in fragment-based drug discovery and biologics screening for Biacore™ T200, Biacore™ S200, Biacore™ 8 series and Biacore™ 1 series SPR systems.

The software contains dedicated software tools for affinity and kinetics screening of LMW compounds and fragments. It speeds up assay setup and streamlines evaluation, providing greater flexibility and tools to analyze complex biomolecular interactions such as characterization of G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) binding, bivalent analytes, ion channels, and more.
Choice of fitting models and application templates shortens time to results
The extension offers a wider variety of fitting models using maximum response (Rmax) control and Blank subtraction, giving access to more customization options.
The extension also has three application templates—Clean screen, Binding level screen, and Affinity screen. These evaluation methods guide the user and shorten time to results for the entire SPR workflow in fragment-based drug discovery (FBDD).
Floating e-licensing for enhanced flexibility
Biacore™ Insight Software and extensions introduce floating licenses to allow sharing of access rights between users and computers. Electronically secure a machine license for one computer, or a concurrent license for networks. Time-limited licenses let you scale the number of licenses needed for more flexibility.
