Overview
ÄKTA pure can be equipped with up to two fraction collectors, two units of fraction collector F9-R or one F9-R and one F9-C. ÄKTA go can be used with one fraction collector F9-R. ÄKTA avant can use one fraction collector F9-R as a second fraction collector in addition the build-in fraction collector.
- Collect fractions in 3, 8, 15, and 50 mL tubes.
- DropSync function can be used for flow rates up to 2 mL/min to minimizes spillage between drops.
- Fraction collection can be based on time, volume, or automatic peak recognition and is controlled from UNICORN software.
- Automatic peak recognition minimizes cross-contamination and unwanted eluent can be diverted to the waste.
