These PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ minicolumns for high-throughput process development (HTPD) are prepacked with Ni Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow resin for purification of histidine-tagged (his-tagged) proteins.

Ni Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow IMAC resin
Ni Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) resin is designed for purification of his-tagged proteins. It is based on cross-linked agarose beads modified with a chelating ligand immobilized to the base matrix and precharged with nickel ions.

PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units for HTPD
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are prepacked, miniaturized columns that support HTPD using a robotic liquid handling workstation for fully automated and parallel chromatographic separations. HTPD work can be performed using PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units alone, or as a complement to PreDictor™ 96-well filter plates. PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units can be operated in true chromatography mode, enabling dynamic binding capacity studies, while 96-well plates enable the study of static binding capacities.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn™ units are supplied in rows of eight columns with the same chromatography resin, and can be individually and easily arranged on an array plate containing 96 positions.
