Overview
ReadyCircuit jumper Y manifold with 3 ports, 6”, in various inner diamerter sizes of C-Flex® tubing and terminating with ReadyMate connectors.
- Port tubing and ReadyMate single-use connectors are preconfigured into ReadyCircuits to connect with a variety of ReadyCircuit process components.
- Jumper assemblies are supplied gamma-irradiated with a certificate of quality.
- C-Flex® jumpers enable tube sealing/fusing and this facilitates aseptic connections pre- or post-processing.
- Reinforced silicone jumpers enable operating pressures to 4 barg (60 psig).
- Silicone pump tubing jumpers enable the use of peristaltic pumps.
Tubing jumper assemblies
Basic tubing assemblies consist of lengths of tubing with ReadyMate single-use connectors at each end. Other ReadyCircuit tubing assemblies include tubing or single-use connectors integrated with components such Ts, Ys, reducers, sensors and filters.
A variety of tubing assemblies
Most ReadyCircuit assemblies use ReadyMate single-use connectors. These connectors enable aseptic system connections in a matter of seconds. The genderless design facilitates connection simplicity, reduces complexity of inventory, and creates flexibility in the assembly of single use flow paths.
ReadyKart mobile processing stations and supporting hardware are optimized to enable organization of ReadyCircuit assemblies into an efficient process scheme.
