How we manage product changes
We document and track all products and product related changes handled through our change control process. Every change is assessed for risk and impact, and validation is considered where needed. Based on the outcome, a change control notification may be published. Some types of changes are always communicated via a CCN.
Examples of changes that may trigger a customer notification:

Standard for Cytiva change control process for designated products
CCN is a web-based notification system concerning designated Cytiva products, where you subscribe to CCN for products of interest. When a notification is published for one of your subscribed products you will receive an email. CCN contains information regarding changes associated with the manufacture of products, in accordance with our standards.

Why aren't CCN subscriptions automatically included with my RSF/VSF/VG subscription?
To avoid email notifications being classified as spam (unsolicited email), the system is designed so that the recipient must actively select to receive email notifications.
