New checkout functionality which enables your quote reference, with the format Q-xxxxxx, to be redeemed online quickly and conveniently.
- Most products can now be ordered online using your quote reference
- Review and confirm quote content before checkout
This feature is available in US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. It is restricted to only consumables in United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, France, Norway and Finland.
Blanket quotes can’t be redeemed online. Please contact us for assistance.
eProcurement
Punchout catalogs support all major eProcurement systems, including Coupa and Jaggaer. Browse key product information, add items to the cart, and check out in your system.
Hosted catalogs are static catalogs that you upload to your eProcurement system to search for, compare, and purchase products electronically.

Can I checkout as a guest?
No. You need to register for an account to start shopping online. Registering takes 2 minutes. All we need is some basic information like your name and email address. Once your account is activated you can start shopping online and use other benefits of an online account like eLearning and My Equipment.

Which payment types do you accept?
All customers can order with a valid purchase order. You’ll then be invoiced for your products.
Customers in the United States and Canada can pay via a purchase order or with a credit card.

Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
Starting 01 January 2024, no additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For Australia, New Zealand and countries in Asia (China, Singapore, Japan) please allow 7 to 10 working days for standard orders. Orders placed earlier in the day with local stock are likely to be shipped on the same day. Details will be provided in the order confirmation and can also be checked in My Account after you place the order.

How do I request a quote?
In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.
Once I receive my quote, how do I place my order?
In the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, and Germany customers can redeem their quotes online (Q-xxxxx). Simply log in and select quote redemption. You can check out with a purchase order (PO) or credit card. Please note that purchasing with a credit card is not available in Australia and New Zealand.
For all other countries and quotes that aren’t in format Q-xxxxx, you can place your order via email using a PO.

In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.

What is online quote redemption?
Can multiple users redeem the same quote online?
Yes. This is possible as long as both users are registered under the same company and parent name. Please note each quote can be redeemed only once.

- Log in Log In - Cytiva (cytivalifesciences.com)
- Navigate to My Account section
- Select quote redemption
- Enter your quote reference, using Q-xxxxxx format or select your active standard quote from the dashboard
- Check your quote details
- Redeem your quote online
- Checkout with your purchase order number or credit card
In which countries is this new functionality available?
Can all my Cytiva quotes be redeemed in this new process?
No. Currently, only your quotes with the format Q-xxxxxx, can be redeemed online only once in this way.
In European countries (United Kingdom, Sweden, The Netherlands, Estonia, and Germany) this is restricted to standard quotes containing consumables only.
Quotes containing products from the HyClone Cell Culture portfolio and blanket quotes (i.e., multiple use quotes) can only be redeemed using a standard checkout process.

How can I re-order product(s) online?
Re-ordering is now easier than ever. You can simply follow these steps, which are also described in the accompanying video:
- Login to Cytiva (cytivalifesciences.com)
- Navigate to My Account section
- Go to Orders to view your orders history
- Select the relevant order
- Select All or choose the specific products
- Select the Re-order button
- Choose Add to Cart and access your shopping cart to adjust the quantity desired to complete your order
