ReadyMate disposable aseptic connectors can be autoclaved or gamma radiated, and they can be part of a sterile fluid path. The connectors can be used to connect unit operations and single-use bag assemblies. These aseptic quick connectors have a large inner diameter for high-flow and for high-pressure applications.
The ReadyMate single-use connectors have a validated closure mechanism, secured using a standard sanitary clamp (ISO 2852) or a disposable clamp to make a tamper-proof, lightweight connection. ReadyClamp is a single-use clamp designed to fit the ReadyMate single-use connector and other 1½-inch sanitary fittings.
