ReadyCircuit™ single-use 3-D bag assemblies are designed for large-scale bioprocessing applications in 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 L sizes. They allow quick configuration and assembly of a wide range of sterile, fluid-processing circuits.
- Port tubing and ReadyMate disposable single-use connectors are preconfigured into ReadyCircuit™ assemblies to interconnect with a variety of ReadyCircuit™ process components.
- ReadyCircuit™ bag assemblies are supplied as gamma-irradiated with a certificate of quality.
- Port orientation, bag designs, and supporting hardware ensures easily filling and product recovery.

Scale-up capability is offered by ReadyCircuit™ bags, for maintained continuity in your development efforts. Bag types include sample bags for small-volume applications, 50 L horizontal pillow bag, 1, 5, 10, and 20 L 2-D hanging bags for use on mobile carts or trays, and 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 L 3-D bags for large-scale production.
Aseptic design
ReadyCircuit™ bags are supplied gamma irradiated with ReadyMate single-use connectors. Port configuration varies by bag type. Different sizes allow scale-up so continuity can be maintained.
