Overview
RTP Mixer systems allow sterile mixing of liquids in disposable sealed bags such as M*Bag mixing chambers.
- Disposable sealed Mixing bags (M* bags) minimize cleaning, sterilization, and the risk of cross-contamination. Alternatively, standard bioprocessing bags can be used.
- Closed system is suitable for high-containment applications and good manufacturing practices (GMP) operation
- Low-shear rocking motion minimizes product degradation
- Optional temperature control enables thawing of frozen materials
- Optional online weighing enables precise dispensing of ingredients while rocking
