Overview

- Ready to use, eliminating the need to develop immobilization and regeneration conditions, saving time and effort.
Surface description
Carboxymethylated dextran matrix pre-immobilized with a recombinant Protein G - GammaBind G, Type 2.
The recombinant Protein G binds a broad range of IgG, such as human (including IgG3), rat, rabbit, mouse, guinea pig, goat, sheep, and cow.

Sensor chip formats for Biacore systems
Biacore sensor chips are available in two formats.
Series S sensor chips are for use with Biacore 1 series, Biacore 8 series, Biacore S200, Biacore T200, and Biacore 4000 SPR systems.
Sensor chips not designated with Series S are designed for Biacore X100 and Biacore C SPR systems.
