Kit contents

Goat anti-GST antibody, 0.8 mg/mL in 75 µL coupling solution, 5 mL positive control: recombinant GST (Schistosoma japonicum), 0.2 mg/mL in 100 µL HBS-EP regeneration solution, 70 mL.

Suitable for immobilization on carboxyl-derivatized sensor chips

Anti-GST antibody is suitable for immobilization on carboxyl-derivatized sensor chips using amine coupling kit and the included immobilization buffer. Regeneration solution is used for regeneration of the surface by removal of the captured fusion protein. Recombinant GST is used in preparation of the surface, and may also be used in assay development work to check that the sample does not bind to GST.
